Nordic cooperation on the agenda

The NFU high-level training for Nordic trade union representatives is continuing this spring with courses in strategic and intercultural communication.

40 trade union representatives from all the seven NFU member unions are enrolled in the training, which consists of two parts. The first part, a full-day training in Nordic and international trade union structures and work took place last autumn in Oslo, Helsinki, Stockholm and Copenhagen respectively.

Last week, the first session in strategic and intercultural communication took place in Copenhagen with participants from the five Nordic countries. During 2,5 days of intensive training, the participants focused on argumentation technique, how to communicate change as-well as networking and sharing their own experiences. The training programme will continue during spring and will be completed in the end of April this year.
