ESMA consultation paper – MAR review report
NFU provided input to ESMA´s consultation on the review of the Market Abuse Regulation (MAR). The consultation paper originates from the European Commission´s mandate to ESMA, and in accordance to Article 38 of the Regulation, which requires that the Commission presents a report to the European Parliament and Council assessing various provisions of MAR.
NFU´s response among else focused on definition coherence, appropriateness of administrative sanctions and access to information.
